DZA is thrilled to announce the transition to a new secure client portal and request list system: Suralink. This upgrade offers a more user-friendly interface, real-time status updates, and enhanced communication features.

Transition Timeline:
To ensure a smooth transition, we’re phasing into Suralink over the next few months:
- Ongoing Projects: If you’re currently working with DZA on an audit, employee benefit plan audit, Medicare cost report, IRS form 990, etc. we will continue using Sharefile until that project is finalized. Your account will be transitioned to Suralink for next year’s project.
- New Projects: The new Suralink portal will be utilized from the start for projects starting late this year, likely around September 30 or December 31 fiscal year-ends.

Your DZA representative will reach out to discuss your specific situation and guide you on which portal to use in the short term, along with an estimated timeline for transitioning to Suralink.
Important Notes:
- Prior Year Reports: We will automatically transfer the most recent fiscal year’s final reports from Sharefile to Suralink. To download any additional prior year reports from Sharefile, please do so before it’s phased out (estimated December 31, 2024). Don’t worry, DZA can also provide access to past reports upon request.
- Website Updates: Our website (dza.cpa) will temporarily feature two separate portal login links as shown below: a legacy Sharefile link (available until approximately December 31, 2024) and a new Suralink link (available to use when your DZA representative has set you up).
