Mark Shvets

Mark joined DZA in January 2026, bringing a strong foundation in accounting, financial oversight, and team coordination. Prior to joining DZA, Mark served as a Finance Committee Team Member at Pilgrim Baptist Church, assisting with monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and budget oversight to ensure accuracy and transparency. He also served as Media Director for Revival Baptist Church, leading a small team and managing media operations with a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach.

Personal and Community Activities

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys photography and videography, including occasionally filming weddings. He also plays the piano and guitar and is currently expanding his skills by learning electric guitar.
