Lisa Hunter

Lisa Hunter joined DZA in 2018. As the Chief Operating Officer, Lisa oversees the daily operations of the firm including technology, marketing, business contracts, human resources, and finance. She designs and implements business strategies, plans and procedures; sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth; and establishes policies that promote company culture and vision.

Prior to joining DZA, Lisa held leadership positions at law firms in finance and firm administration, serving as Director of Finance and Administration, Firm Administrator, and Controller. 

Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, pickleball, paddle boarding, and spending time with her seven grandchildren.
