Amy Hickey

Amy joined DZA in 2025, bringing over 10 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and healthcare finance. Prior to joining DZA, she served as Controller for a healthcare organization, overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, cost reporting support, tax filings, financial reporting, and healthcare reimbursement. She later held a Business Development Analyst role, providing service line analysis, evaluating payer reimbursement contracts, and supporting strategic, data-driven financial decisions. Throughout her tenure, Amy has assisted in multiple system implementations, including payroll, time and attendance, accounting system conversions, and the financial reporting components of an EMR implementation.
