We actively encourage our team to engage with and contribute to their local communities. Through DZA’s Community Day, employees come together for a firm-wide initiative focused on giving back and making a tangible impact in our local area.
One of the ways we contribute is through our team, Geeks in Sneaks, which raises funds for the MS Society. This organization is dedicated to funding critical research, providing support services, and offering programs for those affected by multiple sclerosis. We proudly participate in their annual walk and continue to support their efforts year-round.
